Three Ways to Bring Order
to Family Records
Each Oakvault service is designed for a different stage of readiness. All are calm, administrative, and scoped to general information only.
Return to HomeHow Oakvault Works
Every Oakvault engagement begins with a brief conversation — by phone or email — to understand what your household holds and what kind of support would be most useful. From there, we suggest the service that fits your situation most naturally.
If you are working through a large collection of papers for the first time, a Document Sorting Visit is usually the right starting point. If your family would benefit from a broader understanding of how records are commonly organised, the workshop may suit better.
Families who want support maintained over time can arrange a Steady Archive Plan, which combines periodic visits with access to our general document templates and information sheets.
All services are general and administrative in nature. We do not offer personal opinions on any document, and we always refer families to the relevant external parties when questions arise that fall outside our remit.
